The Titan Athletics Co. builds innovative mobile tools that Empower Athletes Everywhere by helping them Train, Track, Analyze, and Share their performance with coaches, teammates, and supporters.

You must be at least 13 years of age to access or use this Site and any of its Services. By accessing or using the Site or its Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

Beta Programs & Event Sign-Ups
We may offer early access programs (including beta tests) and event registrations (including the Free Throw Global Record Challenge). Beta features may be incomplete, change without notice, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee availability, performance, accuracy, or results during beta use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that interferes with the Site’s operation. By using the Site and, therefore, agreeing to the Terms, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, or Titan Athletics’ servers or systems
- Disrupt or overload the Site, including by scraping, automated abuse, or malware
- Upload or otherwise submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or abusive content to the Site and its service providers
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Site or its Services and service providers, except where permitted by law
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, videos, software, designs, trademarks, etc.) are owned by or licensed to Titan Athletics and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission, except as permitted by law.
User Content
If you submit content to us through the Site, including but not limited to comments, messages, posts, files, form responses, etc., you represent and warrant you have the right to submit it. You grant Titan Athletics a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Site, our programs, and our Services. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Advertising & Affiliate Disclosures
The Site may display advertising and may use Google Ads to measure marketing performance and deliver ads. Google and other partners may use cookies or similar technologies for measurement and advertising. You can control ad personalization in your Google Account’s Ad Settings and manage cookies in your browser.
If the Site uses affiliate links, we may earn a commission if you purchase through those links. Any endorsements or reviews are intended to be honest, not misleading, and we disclose material relationships as required by the Federal Trade Commission.

Purchases & Subscriptions
If we offer paid products or subscriptions in the future, additional Terms of Service may apply at checkout. Where an automatic renewal or continuous service plan is offered, we will provided the required disclosures, obtain consent of the user, and provide a straightforward cancellation method consistent with the applicable laws.
Health, Safety, & Training Disclaimer
The Site and any training content within are provided for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide medical advice. Always abide by all appropriate safety precautions and consult a qualified professional if you have questions about training, injury, or health conditions. Under this Agreement, you assume all risk for your training activities.
Warranties
The Site and Services are provided “As Is” and “As Available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implies, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, under this Agreement, Titan Athletics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, under this Agreement, for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (i) $100, or (ii) the amount you paid us (if any) in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Titan Athletics and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver
If a dispute arises, under this Agreement, you agree to first contact us at Support@TitanAthletics.Co to attempt to resolve it informally. If not resolved, you and Titan Athletics agree to resolve disputes by binding arbitration in San Diego County, California, except that either party may bring and individual claim in small claims court (if eligible) or seek injunctive relief for intellectual property misuse.
Under this Agreement, you and Titan Athletics agree that claims will be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a Plaintiff or Class Member in any purported Class, Collective, or Representative proceeding.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, where Titan Athletics is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Termination of the Agreement
We may suspend or terminate your use of or access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or used the Site in a manner that could create risk or harm. You may stop using the Site at any time, but termination of your access to or use of the Site shall not affect the validity of the existing Terms accepted by you for prior access to or use of the Site.
